Appointments
First time clients may be asked to reserve their appointment with a credit card or gift certificate number.

Cancellations

Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy as this gives us a chance to accomodate another client currently on our waiting list.

No Shows
The full amount will be charged for all no show appointments. Absolute emergencies excepted.

Children
We, as parents, love them too, but due to our limited space and the relaxing atmosphere we strive to maintain for all of our clients, alternate child care arrangements should be made unless, of course, your child has an appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Cell Phones
Please turn off your ringers before entering the salon. Help us keep our salon a relaxing refuge. All of those extra ringing phones would make everyone a bit edgy.

Returns
All Aveda products may be returned for a full refund or exchange for any reason. Cash refunds over $20 will be mailed to you within 5 working days.

Payment
We accept cash, personal checks with proper ID, Mastercard and Visa for the exact amount of services and/or retail product. There is a $25 charge on all returned checks.
Sorry, but we cannot include gratuities in checks or charges.

Stylist
We know that sometimes you may feel like a change. Please feel free to try any of our stylists. We all work together as a team to insure that your visit is a pleasant one. Your comfort and satisfaction is our 1st priority.
